These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The NIEA App ("we", "us", "our"), including all features, content, and services provided through our mobile and web applications. By using The NIEA App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use The NIEA App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Use of Service

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission.
• By uploading or sharing content, you grant The NIEA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for its intended purpose.
• You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for its legality and compliance.

4. User Conduct

• Respect other users and do not engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Report inappropriate content or behavior using the app's reporting features.

5. Privacy

Your use of The NIEA App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, The NIEA and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The NIEA, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
